Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory databases, preparing notifications, and communicating compliance needs to stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with adaptability to regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product regulatory compliance, chemical regulations, or EHS preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as GHS, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Chemical of Concern (CoC) list.
  • Prepare and submit new substance notifications according to regulations.
  • Develop and manage the regulatory database.
  • Monitor global and regional regulatory changes.
  • Communicate regulatory changes and compliance requirements.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Regulatory & Safety Affairs (PRSA) Specialist to join our team in Vietnam. This role is responsible for ensuring product compliance with global chemical, environmental, and safety regulations across multiple regions, including Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. The PRSA Specialist will support regulatory assessments, documentation, stakeholder communication, and compliance processes to enable timely product approvals, smooth market access, and risk mitigation for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Chemical of Concern (CoC) list in line with current regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit new substance notifications according to regional and global chemical regulations.
  • Develop and manage the regulatory database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor global and regional regulatory changes in chemical management, environmental, and product safety.
  • Assess the impact of regulatory updates on products, processes, and supply chains.
  • Communicate regulatory changes, risks, and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support in preparing and reviewing Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Ensure compliance with GHS labeling requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve SDS, labeling, and compliance-related issues.
  • Respond to customer requests for compliance information (RoHS, IMDS, CAMDS, etc.).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compliance information.
Qualifications
