Collaboration with the kitchen team is essential to ensure efficient food preparation, manage workflow and inventory challenges, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. The manager will take full ownership of the outlet’s financial performance by analyzing P&L statements, implementing strategies for revenue growth and cost control, and identifying improvement opportunities through sales data analysis. Lastly, the role demands strict compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
