Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

  • Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

  • Curate and update cocktail menus in collaboration with the mixologists, maintaining innovation and quality.

  • Monitor bar performance, guest feedback, and implement service improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze and manage P&L to reduce expenses and enhance profitability.

  • Coordinate with the culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive bar promotions and guest engagement.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.

  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.

  • Handle staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and development planning.

  • Work with HR to recruit team members, manage staffing levels and outsourced labor.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of bar experience, with at least 1 year in Bar Manager role.

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits trends.

  • Experience in Asia or World 50 best bar.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage operations efficiently in a high-volume environment.
