Job scope
  • Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
  • Designing and curating a cocktail menu that incorporates Chinese ingredients and flavors, aligning with Yanhuo’s culinary concept.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring all beverages are made to standard while minimizing waste.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
  • Assist in delivery excellent service
Job Requirements
