Requirements
· Event management / training and development working experience preferred
· related experience in managing CCP / SGUP / Attach and training program preferred
· Good command of written and spoken English. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
· Adaptable, motivated and able to multitask
· Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, problem-solving mindset
· Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
Responsibilities
· Plan and manage Seminars / Webinars / Workshops / Asynchronous learning.
· Handle training administration (trainee registration, invoicing, course confirmation, request for training materials, post-event survey and certificates).
· Work with trainers to develop online learning resources, training videos, and e-contents to be uploaded to Learning Management System.
· Work and manage the trainers on course delivery, monitor training quality and tabulate trainers’ fee.
· Hosting and running virtual and in-person Seminars, Webinars, Workshops and Conferences, including fulfilling emcee duties and managing event flow
· Assist the Manager to organize end-to-end support for successful event conceptualisation & execution, coordination with vendors, sponsors and participants.
· Manage the Workforce Singapore Career Conversion programme, facilitating the smooth execution of the programme, handling claims submissions, and engaging with both employers and job seekers.
· Application of training grants through TP Gateway.
· Provide good customer service
