A financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a Credit Administration Lead to oversee credit documentation and supervise junior staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance, along with at least 5 years of experience in credit administration. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential. This role is exclusively available to Singaporeans.
Prepare, vet, and review facility letters, agreements, and security documents.
Ensure completeness, validity, and enforceability of executed loan documentation.
Review and release system transactions related to facility limits, rates, collateral, and expiry dates.
Safekeep original security documents and monitor property valuations and insurance coverage.
Prepare credit-related reports (e.g. documentation status, covenant and collateral monitoring) for management and Loan Committee.
Supervise junior staff and provide guidance in maintaining accurate credit and collateral records.
Oversee administrative tasks for syndicated loans and act as point of contact between lenders and borrowers.
Perform Head’s duties during absences and support ad-hoc reporting or audit requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of credit administration experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation, collateral management, and compliance requirements.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Good communication and leadership skills.
