An education services company in Singapore is looking for a responsible and resourceful individual for a part-time Admin Support and Operations role. You'll help implement a tuition management system and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma and be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. This hybrid role offers insights into operational processes in the education sector.

In this role, you will assist with the implementation of our tuition management system, a key project under the Operations team, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Teacher Development team. You will help coordinate and track progress on system-related tasks, while also managing scheduling, document preparation, and other admin duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to both project execution and operational efficiency.
