Job summary

A marine service company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage client interactions, prepare quotations, and oversee job processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in the Marine and Offshore industry. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, issuing service orders, and assisting with contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Liaising with clients for job enquiry and prepare quotations.
• Coordinating with clients and internal operation team to ensure the job is carry out as per schedule and quoted job scope.
• Issuing of Service Order (SO) to clients and close up billing for the completed jobs.
• Issuing PO to suppliers/ vendors / contractors.
• To assist commercial manager to review and prepare contract to the Client once the job is complete.
• Assist Directors with the day to day on administration / commercial matters.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Manager and prepare monthly report on the award jobs.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Work experience in the Marine and Offshore industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Meticulous, committed and good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
