  • Safety Program Development: Design, implement, and manage safety programs to meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for industrial construction and process plant activities, identifying potential hazards and recommending preventive measures.
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols, equipment usage, and emergency procedures. Ensure that all personnel are well-versed in safety best practices.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses. Analyze root causes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant safety regulations and standards. Ensure that the company\'s operations align with local, state, and federal safety requirements.
  • Safety Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential issues. Collaborate with site supervisors to implement corrective actions.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Conduct drills and exercises to ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
  • Safety Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication regarding safety policies, procedures, and initiatives. Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training sessions. Generate reports to track and analyze safety performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to integrate safety practices seamlessly into ongoing construction and plant processes.
Requirements
