Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to monitor, analyze, and enhance workforce performance and engagement. This role involves leveraging surveillance systems and project management data to assess employee productivity, generate actionable insights, and recommend measures to improve engagement and efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine observational accuracy with analytic thinking to support management in data-driven decision-making and quarterly performance reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor live and recorded surveillance footage to ensure workforce productivity and adherence to operational standards.
  • Identify and report irregularities such as prolonged inactivity or non-work-related activities during working hours.
  • Track and analyze project progress and task completion across OpenProject or other project management tools.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on workforce behavior patterns, productivity trends, and engagement indicators.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and quarterly reports summarizing workforce performance and efficiency metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to review findings, gather qualitative feedback, and validate data insights.
  • Propose and help implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, focus, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and data visualization dashboards.
  • Support quarterly performance appraisals by providing evidence-based insights from observed performance data.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of all surveillance and employee-related data.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in performance monitoring, data analytics, operations management, or HR performance evaluation is preferred.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as OpenProject, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to exercise professional discretion in handling sensitive information.
