Job Overview

As a Web Developer (UI/UX Designer), you will play a key role in designing and developing user-centric web and mobile applications. You’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and business goals to creating responsive interfaces and optimizing usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and evaluate UI/UX requirements for new or existing web and mobile applications.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate user flows and interfaces.
• Develop, test, and maintain responsive and interactive web/mobile solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Work with development teams to integrate front-end UI with back-end logic.
• Ensure that all the mockups design is well-structured, compatible across browsers/devices, and meets industry accessibility and performance standards.
• Work with the QC Engineer to gather feedback and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and iterate on design concepts and features.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming or relevant.
• A minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant role, such as UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, Mobile Applications Developer with UI/UX focus.
• Proficiency in responsive web design.
• Strong experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and front-end development best practices.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work independently with minimal supervision.
