A leading company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a management role in their integrated warehouse and logistics operations. The selected applicant will oversee operations, team management, and ensure proper documentation and storage procedures. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, man-management experience, and effective English communication abilities.
The following are the roles and responsibilities expected of the applicants applying for the position:
- To ensure the day to day operations of the integrated warehouse/factory
- To ensure the proper storage of materials that are stored in the warehouse
- To ensure the updating of the materials into the company system regularly and according to management requirements
- To lead the store team and logistic team of the company
- To ensure the proper documentation in receiving and issuing of materials from suppliers/fabricators
- Arrangements of daily logistic operations in order to meet the operational needs of the company
- The maintenance of the vehicle fleets in the company
- Any other duties that are related to the warehousing, maintenance and logistical needs of the company.
The applicant should possess the following skills:
- Have experience in man-management
- To be highly organised
- To be able to converse and effectively write in English in order to fulfil the needs of the responsibilities of the position
