is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Executive to join our new startup team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes.

仓库管理员 Warehouse Storekeeper

一、核心职责 Core Responsibilities

1. 收货管理 Receiving Management核对到货数量、包装与单据，执行抽样检查，监督装卸作业，确保货物准确、安全入库。Verify incoming goods against documents for quantity and packaging; conduct sampling checks; supervise loading/unloading to ensure accurate and safe warehousing.
2. 库存与发货管理 Inventory & Shipping Management执行先进先出原则，管理仓库储位与日常盘点，确保账、物一致。Implement FIFO principle, manage storage locations and conduct daily counts to ensure system and physical stock alignment.根据销售订单准确备货，监督装车，协调物流，完成发货单据处理。Pick and prepare finished goods accurately per sales orders; supervise loading; coordinate logistics; complete shipping documentation.
3. 系统操作与数据维护 System Operation & Data Maintenance及时准确在系统中录入所有出入库、调拨数据，生成相关库存报表。Accurately and promptly record all inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions in the system; generate relevant inventory reports.

二、主要要求 Key Requirements

• 1年以上仓库工作经验。
• with 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• 熟悉仓库流程，能熟练操作仓库管理系统及办公软件。
• Familiar with warehouse procedures, proficient in using WMS and office software.
• 责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的沟通能力和安全意识。
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with good communication skills and safety awareness.
• 能适应体力劳动和仓库工作环境。
• Able to handle physical tasks and adapt to a warehouse work environment.

• Good command of both verbal Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates.
