Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a candidate for inventory management and warehouse operations. The role requires a minimum Nitec or Diploma in Supply Chain or related fields, and prior experience in warehouse operations. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient handling of materials. Competitive salary up to $2600 is offered, along with overtime and completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma or relevant higher education (e.g., Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management).
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Ad-hoc tasks given by Manager/Supervisor.

• Working Hours: 7:30am-5:15pm + OT
• Salary: Up to $2600 + OT + Completion Bonus
