A leading HVAC solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage incoming goods and ensure inventory accuracy. The candidate should have a minimum of ITE certification, at least 2 years of warehouse experience, and a valid forklift license. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, organizing materials, and maintaining a safe work environment. This is a permanent position with competitive salary, located near Mac Pherson MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.

• Valid Singapore forklift license is required.
• Able to carry goods up to 20kg when necessary.
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

• Participate in stocktakes and inventory audits.

Overview

Position Title: Warehouse Assistant

Working Location: Mac Pherson (near MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days. Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods, ensuring items match purchase orders.
• Store materials and products systematically in assigned areas, keeping stock organized.
• Pick and pack product securely with correct labelling and required documentation.
• Take part in stocktakes and inventory audits, keeping records up to date.
• Reporting any inventory shortage or overages to supervisors.
• Handle warehouse equipment—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks for safe loading and unloading of goods.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, completing necessary documents and coordinating with logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, follow health and safety procedures.
