About the role

As a Warehouse Assistant at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This full-time position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, tools, and components from suppliers
  • Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
  • Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
  • Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams
  • Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment (Forklift license or certification preferred)
  • Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling chemicals or heavy machinery parts
