Roles & Responsibilities

Proposal & Content Development

• Lead and contribute to the entire process of creating accurate, high‑quality responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant databases to grow investment assets.
• Write and refine proposal content to effectively communicate the firm's investment capabilities and value proposition to institutional investors, consultants, and intermediaries.
• Maintain a proactive, sales‑oriented approach to develop progressive solutions that support business growth.

Content Management & Systems

• Regularly update and review answers in the Qvidian System (RFP database) and other repositories to ensure information is accurate and current for global sales teams.
• Partner with portfolio managers and product specialists to draft and assemble standard and customized pitchbooks for key Singapore‑managed strategies.
• Regularly update and enhance pitch decks to ensure compliance with regulatory and mandate requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor messaging for different audiences, accurately translate data into visuals, and maintain consistency in branding, tone, and formatting.

Digital & Strategic Initiatives

• Participate in firm‑level digitalization and AI automation projects to improve work processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new tools and processes related to deliverables.
• Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and visual production skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in investment writing would be an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required, and familiarity with tools like Seismic (sales enablement platform) and Qvidian is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, organized approach to work are key attributes for success in this role.
• A strong understanding of investment products is essential.
