In this role, you will manage client onboarding, account setup, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, and CRS requirements. You will partner with business units to deliver timely, high-quality service, maintain consistent standards, and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client onboarding, documentation review, and system updates.
  • Escalate issues promptly and support risk management and compliance controls.
  • Participate in business continuity planning and incident escalation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and data accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ experience in account opening and maintenance, preferably in private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC AML/KYC regulations and tax reporting regimes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
