Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Video Production & Editing Film, edit, and produce engaging short‑form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
    Capture product launches, events, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
    Ensure all video output aligns with Luxus’ branding tone.
  • Creative Direction Conceptualise fresh content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
    Support in crafting compelling visual storytelling for product launches and key campaigns.
  • Graphic & Social Media Design (Advantage) Design campaign assets such as banners, posters, and digital graphics.
    Support social media branding and feed consistency.
  • Marketing & Events Support Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and campaign activations.
    Coordination with KOLs and celebrities in campaigns.
    Provide creative input in marketing strategies and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in videography, filming, and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) are a plus.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to deliver premium‑quality content.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during campaigns or product launches.
