Eagle Search is partnered with a rapidly growing and highly credible cybersecurity company, that is seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive and scale its APAC commercial operations, with Singapore as the regional hub.

This organisation is an established cybersecurity business operating at the forefront of preventative cyber risk management. Unlike traditional vendors focused on detecting threats after they occur, the company helps large enterprises identify weaknesses and remediate vulnerabilities before they are exploited.

The business works exclusively with large, complex global organisations, delivering highly tailored deployments that combine advanced analytics, machine learning, and expert-led managed services. The leadership team is recognised globally for expertise in cybersecurity, lending significant credibility at board and C-suite level.

The Opportunity:

As the first senior commercial hire in APAC, you will own regional revenue growth, initially focusing on Singapore and Australia. You will shape the APAC go-to-market strategy, engage directly with enterprise clients, and build a high-performing sales team over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale enterprise sales across APAC, with full regional ownership
  • Personally originate and close high-value, complex enterprise deals
  • Develop the regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Establish and grow a high-calibre sales team
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and client solutions teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Contribute to the global revenue strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Senior enterprise sales leader with a strong track record in cybersecurity, data, or complex enterprise technology
  • Experienced in selling SGD 900,000 – SGD 1.8 million+ solutions to multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Highly consultative, insight-driven approach rather than relying on slides or scripted pitches
  • Credible at C-suite and board level
  • Experience across APAC markets strongly preferred
  • Values-led and collaborative, with a strong focus on ethical business practices
