Job description

We are recruiting a Vessel Operator on behalf of a shipping organisation based in Singapore.

• Manage end-to-end vessel operations supporting global dry bulk cargo trading activities.
• Coordinate voyage execution from loading to discharge, ensuring timely and efficient cargo delivery across international trade routes.
• Liaise with charterers, ship masters, port agents, and terminals to align operational schedules with trading objectives.
• Oversee bunker planning, cargo documentation, and post-voyage analysis to optimize costs and performance.
• Highly competent in laytime calculation and negotiation, ensuring accurate demurrage handling and protecting commercial interests.
• Ensure full compliance with international maritime and environmental regulations while supporting smooth global trading operations.
• Provide operational insights to the trading and chartering teams to enhance voyage profitability and efficiency.
