We are looking for a UX Design Manager to lead our User Experience Design team to craft great user experiences with a human‑centric design approach. As an advocate for users, you will work closely with various stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, and business representatives, to deliver product features from conception to launch.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead, mentor and grow the User Experience Design team
• Define & create the design solutions that take into consideration the existing product features and future product roadmap
• Oversee the end-to-end design process – from research, wireframing, and prototyping to high‑fidelity UI design and testing
• Create the UIUX artefacts such as flow diagrams and wireframes to facilitate discussion with stakeholders to craft Product Requirements
• Advocate user experience at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Review the design implementation in test and production environments
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business representatives across various teams.
• Understanding & appreciation of User Experience Design by pioneering the culture and drive continuous improvement for the company

As a UX Design Manager, you would have the following traits:

• 8 years & above experience in UI/UX design or digital product development, with at least 3 years in team leading or managerial experience
• Strong portfolios in showcasing a breadth of UX design work and leadership impact.
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work and collaborate across various teams
• Understanding of digital product design principles and heuristics, well‑versed in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides
• Proficiency with Figma/Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite apps
• Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have: Hands on experience with basic web / mobile development e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
