Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to supervise a team of Line Inspectors and support the Quality Engineer in ensuring compliance with production standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess good computer literacy. The position may require overtime support.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Line Inspectors
• Work closely with the Production team to support daily operations
• Support the Quality Engineer in ensuring assembly and testing activities comply with production line and quality standards
• Assist in yield analysis, investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform line qualification and operator certification activities
• Conduct and support internal quality audits together with the QA Engineer
• Ensure NPI transition through ramp-up is compliant, with production and quality readiness aligned to First Pass Yield (FPY) targets
• Support product and process investigations related to quality issues

Requirements

• NITEC / GCE A-Level / O-Level / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing environments
• Able to collaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, and occasionally customers or HQ/factory teams
• Strong multitasking ability and capable of working under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good computer literacy
• Willing to support overtime when required
