The Project Administrator will support the Project Manager and project team in day-to-day project operations, logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and documentation management. This role ensures smooth project execution by handling stock/asset coordination, scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining proper communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Assist in project logistics, including coordinating deliveries, stock/asset tracking, and preparing transfer documents.
  • Organize and maintain project files, documentation, schedules, and records.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, presentations, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure closure.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to obtain information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support project management processes such as tracking project timelines, monitoring progress, and updating documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and filing accuracy.
  • Assist with procurement follow-ups, delivery scheduling, and logistics arrangements when required.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or project support experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; meticulous with documentation and tracking.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Ability to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
  • 1-year renewable contract (or full-time, depending on your requirement).
