Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide frontline customer service and assist medical staff. Responsibilities include handling registrations and appointments, offering patient coordination, and performing administrative duties. Candidates should have at least N/O/A Levels or a diploma, be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months, and have good communication skills. Training will be provided, making experience in customer service preferred but not essential.

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any studies are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to commit a minimum of 3 months.
  • Willing to walk and stand for long hours.
  • Experience in customer service preferred but not a must as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Providing frontline customer service and handling of any registrations and appointments.
  • Working closely with the doctors and nurses to provide excellent patient care.
  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses.
  • Attend to any requests, emails, and phone enquiries.
  • Collection of payments and basic admin duties.
  • Coordinating with other departments to transport patients.
  • Ad-hoc duties.
