As a Part-Time Centre Administrator at Cambridge Learning Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition centre.
  • Liaise with tutors, parents, and students to coordinate class schedules and address enquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding parents’ and students’ needs.
  • Handle registration, payments, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure centre resources, stationery, and materials are well‑stocked.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as report preparation and record‑keeping.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including tuition package promotions and parent communication.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized centre environment.
Requirements
  • Friendly, responsible, and well‑organized.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
  • Prior experience in education or customer service is an advantage.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
    • Option 1: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (5 hours a day)
    • Option 2: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (5 hours a day)
  • No weekend work required.
