JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting drivers with goods/products to and from between the pick-up place and the destination in a safe, timely manner, delivering goods/products and collecting cash payment from the customers.

  1. To accept add on deliveries. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  2. To work closely with the Distribution Operations Team or the salespersons if they encountered any difficulties to deliver the products to the customers, or not able to reach the customersʼ place within the given period of time.
  3. To ensure the cleanliness and the maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
  4. To ensure the safe delivery of the product without any delays or damage.
  5. To settle the collected money within the Finance team after the completion of delivery.
  6. To maintain good relationships with the customers.
  7. To assist with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles, if required.
  8. To provide excellent customer service. Answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
  9. To obtain clientsʼ and customersʼ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
