Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Dispatch: Planning and scheduling deliveries, assigning routes to drivers, and managing dispatch operations.
• Fleet Management: Monitoring vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing fleet assets.
• Driver Management: Supervising and training drivers, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to transportation laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Problem-solving: Addressing delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues that may arise during delivery operations.
• Communication: Maintaining communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.

Requirements
