Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate port operations including stevedore and forklift tasks.
• Provide quotations and billings to customers.
• Ensure all port operations related documents are in order.

• Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc)
• Provide quotations to customers
• Provide billings to customers
• Ensure all port operations related documents details are in order
• Sorting and filing of documents
• To liaise with other departments for all shipment execution.
• To handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
• Ensure that all records in the Operation Department are updated and accurate.
• Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
