A prominent financial institution in Singapore seeks a leader for Transaction Banking Operations. The role involves managing daily operations across APAC, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational risk management. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years of transaction banking experience and a strong track record in client-facing roles. Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside this vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and its reputation. Operations span all product lines and markets, serving as internal business partners who develop the processes and controls, and help to specify the systems that deliver accuracy, timeliness and integrity to our business.
You will lead Transaction Banking (TxB) Operations in Singapore, orchestrating a global operating model that ties together teams across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. You will be accountable for client servicing excellence, operational risk and control effectiveness, incident/crisis management, and regulatory readiness—while cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with strategic clients (Financial Institutions and Corporate Clients) and internal partners.
