Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development team. The role includes coordinating training logistics, maintaining learning management systems, and ensuring compliance with company processes. Ideal candidates have a Higher Secondary education or equivalent, strong skills in MS Office, and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training registration, schedules, invoicing, and logistics.
  • Monitor and update automation records and training databases.
  • Maintain accurate records in the learning management system (LMS).
  • Prepare training materials and consolidate post-training feedback.
  • Track training claims, support documentation, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Assist with audits and internal reporting.
