Trainee Pilates Reformer Instructor

Tirisula Pilates Studio is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trainee Pilates Reformer Instructors.

This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring instructors to develop their skills and build a rewarding career in the Pilates and fitness industry. If you have a strong foundation in Pilates and are eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply! Training will be provided to certify you to become a trainee instructor followed by a full fledged instructor. Please note there is a bond period of 2 years.

What You'll Do:

As a Trainee Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will work closely with our experienced instructors and learn the ropes of teaching reformer classes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead instructors during reformer classes, helping with equipment setup and client transitions.
• Observing and actively participating in instructor training sessions and workshops.
• Learning and mastering Tirisula Pilates' teaching methodologies, class sequencing, and cueing techniques.
• Practicing and refining your own teaching skills through supervised practical sessions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, including equipment and props.
• Continuously expanding your knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and modifications for various client needs.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong personal Pilates practice and a genuine passion for the discipline. If you do not have a Pilates practice, we guide you to attend classes first.
• Basic understanding of Pilates principles and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Prior Pilates certification (mat or reformer) is not required for individuals demonstrating exceptional potential and commitment to pursuing certification.
