Qualifications

• Experience working unsupervised and as part of a large team.
• Familiarity with the BT Trading platform, specifically TSS and Tradesense.
• Previous involvement in BT Trading and Command projects.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class support to BT Trading and Command customers.
• Act as a Project resource for installations and upgrades.
• Support incident management and troubleshooting of customer issues.
• Maintain IT Infrastructure components and services aligned to client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all BT Group standards and processes.
