Responsibilities:

Communicate with sales team in Japan in order to provide quick responses to their client

Daily tour operation (eg. Hotel reservation, restaurant booking, coach and guide arrangement etc)

Liaise with suppliers and guide for the tour arrangement

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous for effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Service-oriented, with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
