To drive technological transformation, we are leveraging AI-powered governance capabilities to streamline our processes and reduce redundancies. This includes identifying key areas for automation, building highly accurate AI-Agents, collaborating with relevant cross‑functional teams to deploy the agents, monitoring and continuously optimising the agents performance. The role will focus on streamlining and standardising operational workflows, reducing manual redundancies, and scaling efficiency by leveraging automation, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks. You will be expected to identify process gaps, design intelligent automation solutions, and enable cross‑functional teams through shared tooling, optimised controls, and data‑driven governance enhancements that improve accuracy, response quality, and organisational throughout.

  1. Own automation initiatives that support multiple domains within GNE.
  2. Build and deploy AI Agents for real governance use cases.
  3. Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate domain needs into scalable automation solutions.
  4. Use data skills to analyse risks, validate data the and drive process automation and optimisation.
  5. Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through investigations and root cause analysis. Drive cross‑functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications(s)

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related fieldsgetter.
  2. Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross‑team and regional coordination.
  4. Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in fast‑paced environments with sound judgement.

Preferred Qualification(s)

  1. Experience in e‑commerce governance or operations.
  2. Familiarity working with major LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) including APIs, prompt engineering, or Agent development.
