• Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services.
• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customers.
• Work closely with consultants on customer's treatment progression.
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette.

• Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customers.
• Work closely with consultants on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
• Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

Requirements:

• No experience welcome, full training provided
• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
