Overview

The Opportunity: Opportunity to be part of a world-class airport in Asia. Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm. Location: East. 12 months contract (Yearly renewal subject to individual performance). Salary: up to $3700 (Bonus available!).

Responsibilities

• Take charge of on-site event setups, including AV, furniture, partition walls, and stage arrangements
• Ensure the venue is cleaned and reset after each event
• Track equipment usage and recommend replacements when needed
• Provide support for AV or technical issues during events
• Assist with event scheduling, maintenance planning, and general office operations during quieter periods

• Min. 2 years of experience in event operations
• Able to work on weekends, with time-off provided in lieu
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual setup
