General Description:

Conduct various testing on controllers and panels prior to final approval and shipping to the customer. This is a potentially hazardous assignment; proper PPE and training are required to work safely in this area. Both skilled entry-level candidates and those gaining on-the-job training through the plant floor are acceptable paths.

Reports To: Team Lead – Tester Supervisor

Requirements:

• Monitor testing of panels and controls
• Experience with electrical circuits and troubleshooting
• Interpreting schematics
• Monitor Thermography testing
• Document all testing, including using computers, logs, and cameras
• Follow written procedures for the testing program
• Follow LOTO procedures
• Maintain documentation (paper & electronic)
• Follow router sheets
• Connect and disconnect various cables and connections
