Job summary

A leading outsourcing solutions company in Singapore is seeking a User Acceptance Tester to support business users throughout the UAT process. You will develop relevant test cases, conduct testing, and ensure all defects are addressed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, be meticulous, and able to collaborate effectively in a team. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of system implementations, with responsibilities extending to post-roll-out training and support.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with design and execution of User Acceptance Tests, especially in Financial Institutions.
• Self-driven learner capable of collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand system and business requirements to review / develop relevant test cases;
• Conduct actual UAT for business users, including documentation of results and re-testing for defects.
• Liaise with IT and project members on project updates and resolve interdependent issues
• Support post-roll-out tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution

Skills/Requirement

• Must have prior related experience with design and conduct of User Acceptance Tests for systems, preferably in Financial Institutions
• Team player, who can work collaboratively together with other team mates on his/ her own
• Self-driven learner and analytical
• Meticulous and sensitive to details
