Job summary

Job description
The Job:
  • Plan and manage daily resources to meet KPIs and targets.
  • Supervise and support admin/operations staff, including training and maintaining records.
  • Ensure team compliance with HSE, security, 5S, quality, and system processes.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage customer and transporter communications, inbound/outbound shipments, and returns.
  • Perform data entry, generate pick lists, and prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Recommend disciplinary actions and plan overtime as needed.
  • Assist in building a cohesive team and ensure quarterly targets are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
The Talent:
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
  • Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
