Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor tender platforms, review tender documents, attend briefings/site show rounds, and coordinate required information for submission.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensure compliance with specifications, and prepare cost summaries.
• Perform quantity take-offs, prepare costing reports, technical write-ups, and preliminary construction programs.
• Lead tender clarifications, prepare tender presentations, and manage tender validity extensions.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to review scope, pricing, and related agreements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in projects involving LTA.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes, quantity take-offs, cost evaluation, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
