We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Tenancy Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with addressing and resolving contractual non-compliance issues. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, timely rectifications, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Track deadlines for breach rectification and ensure timely resolutions
  • Remind companies to rectify breaches and maintain compliance with contractual obligations
  • Handle requests and feedback, addressing concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Recommend deadline extensions or other solutions to facilitate compliance and resolve issues
Key Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with tenants professionally
  • Positive attitude and a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to resolve tenancy-related issues independently
