Position: Temporary Receptionist & Admin Support
Employment Period: 30 January - 16 February 2026
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: CBD area, Singapore
Salary: $15 per hour
We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist & Admin Support to manage front desk operations and provide administrative assistance during the specified period. The role requires attention to detail, and clear communication to support smooth office operations and a positive visitor experience.
Greet and assist visitors and notify relevant colleagues promptly
Escort interview candidates to meeting rooms and inform interviewers
Answer and screen incoming calls and route calls as required
Maintain confidentiality of staff contact information
Open the stationery cupboard each morning and close it at 5:45 PM
Conduct daily walkthroughs of meeting rooms and common areas before 9:00 AM
Receive parcels and documents and verify delivery details
Inform recipients upon receipt of deliveries and acknowledge delivery orders
Handle deliveries from external parties, including government agencies
Issue and collect access cards and update tracking records
Ensure access cards are returned after use
Coordinate access card issuance for vendors during scheduled maintenance
Support facilities-related coordination and administrative requests
Direct colleagues to follow established procedures when reporting facilities issues
Prior experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support roles is preferred
Professional conduct and appearance
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
