Position: Temporary Receptionist & Admin Support

Employment Period: 30 January - 16 February 2026

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location: CBD area, Singapore

Salary: $15 per hour

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist & Admin Support to manage front desk operations and provide administrative assistance during the specified period. The role requires attention to detail, and clear communication to support smooth office operations and a positive visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
  • Greet and assist visitors and notify relevant colleagues promptly

  • Escort interview candidates to meeting rooms and inform interviewers

  • Answer and screen incoming calls and route calls as required

  • Maintain confidentiality of staff contact information

Office Walkthrough & Stationery
  • Open the stationery cupboard each morning and close it at 5:45 PM

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of meeting rooms and common areas before 9:00 AM

Mail & Deliveries
  • Receive parcels and documents and verify delivery details

  • Inform recipients upon receipt of deliveries and acknowledge delivery orders

  • Handle deliveries from external parties, including government agencies

Access Card Management
  • Issue and collect access cards and update tracking records

  • Ensure access cards are returned after use

  • Coordinate access card issuance for vendors during scheduled maintenance

Facilities & Administrative Support
  • Support facilities-related coordination and administrative requests

  • Direct colleagues to follow established procedures when reporting facilities issues
