A leading personnel service provider in Singapore is seeking a temporary admin staff member to support the Project Management Office (PMO) for a duration of 11.5 months. You will coordinate meetings, support procurement activities, and assist in project documentation and logistics. Candidates with a diploma and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. This role offers a salary range between S$2,580 and S$2,800 per month.

Qualifications

Job Description

Reporting to the Project Director, the temporary admin staff supports the Project Management Office's (PMO) administrative and operational functions for the ESS project. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and adherence to project standards to achieve objectives, providing the following support:

  1. Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
  2. Provide administrative support for procurement activities, such as raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking procurement status
  3. Assist in the set-up and maintenance of a conducive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation
  4. Maintain and update project documentation and records in accordance with PMO standards
  5. Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to support operational continuity
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  7. Provide general administrative and logistical support to the project team as required
