Job Title: Temp Senior Executive – Infrastructure Planning & Policy Division (IPP)
Contract: 6 months (with option to extend for another 6 months)
- Temporary staff who have worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits
- Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at 1 year
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary:
- Degree: S$3,800/month (with at least 2 years of relevant work experience)
- Diploma: S$3,800/month (with at least 6 years of relevant work experience)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are also welcome, provided they are comfortable with writing and can communicate and articulate thoughts logically and coherently
About the Role
The role provides support for the division’s knowledge management, audit, research, and finance functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Support Division in developing knowledge management repository and audit functions
Draft knowledge management guidelines and restructure data repository for proper documentation and ease of information retrieval
Collate input, information, and responses to auditors’ queries in a timely manner - Support Division in conducting research and collating data for policy reviews
Conduct desktop research to gather information on infrastructure planning in other sectors
Undertake basic research to support ongoing policy review work
Assist in procurement processes to appoint consultants supporting policy reviews - Coordinate overall budget and expenditure tracking for financial reporting
Request budget projections, utilisation reports, and financial returns from MOH Holdings (MOHH) for healthcare infrastructure projects
Maintain monthly expenditure reports
Coordinate inputs from the division or MOHH for returns submitted to MOH Finance Division - Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education:
- Degree preferably in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields
Experience & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication and project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Familiarity with government processes and knowledge management is an advantage
