A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Temporary Call Centre staff for the Bed & Surgical Booking Office. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Bed & Surgical Booking Office.
  • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of beds and procedures.
  • Respond to calls professionally and within service standards.
  • Follow appointment booking guidelines and SOPs.
  • Disseminate updates from hospital departments effectively.
  • Handle difficult customer queries and perform service recovery when necessary.

Position: Temporary Call Centre (Bed & Surgical Booking Office)


Location: Outram
Salary: $12/hour


Employment Type: 3-Month Contract , Renewable based on performance
Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours:

  • 5 days/week (including Saturdays; Sunday & PH off)
  • Total: 42 hours/week
  • Staggered weekday shifts:
    • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Minimum 45 minutes lunch break
  • Non-uniformed dress code
