We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Singapore. This role involves engaging with banking customers via outbound and inbound calls to promote a range of personal line insurance products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing banking customers to market personal insurance products (leads provided).
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of relevant products.
  • Respond to customer queries in a confident, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality assurance standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, HI) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound sales calls and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a resilient attitude in handling objections or rejection.
  • A proactive and disciplined approach to meeting performance metrics and sales goals.
