Job Description:

• Responsible for conducting service and repair work according to manufacturer guidelines, reporting to the workshop foreman or Technical Executive for technical assistance.
• Perform all repair jobs on job cards aligning with manufacturer standards, liaising with Parts Clerk for spare parts ordering.
• Complete repair jobs within the time specified by BMW flat rate manual to meet efficiency and productivity targets.
• Ensure warranty parts are properly packed and tagged before returning to the Parts Department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work bays, workstations, and hand tools.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read and speak English.
• 3-4 years of experience in automotive service/repair.
• NTC 3/2 or NITEC in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle).
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
