Job summary

An established engineering system integrator in Singapore is looking for a technician to provide high-quality repair services and technical support. The ideal candidate will have NITEC/ITE qualification in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience, particularly with vacuum pumps and compressors. This role involves troubleshooting, customer interaction, and preparation of safety documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in servicing and repair of facilities equipment.
• Basic knowledge in electrical circuits, engineering and safety.

Responsibilities

We are an established engineering system integrator looking for a technician like you to bring expertise to our team.

Your primary role is to provide high quality, cost effective repair services and technical support to our valued air technology users.

You will work closely with our service, engineering and project teams in implementating this strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment such as vacuum pump and compressors etc.

- Running and interpreting QC test results and make diagnostic recommendations

- Preparation of service and safety documentation including Work Permits, Safe Work Procedures, Method of Statement, Risk Assessments and Service Reports

- Keeping abreast of advancements in your field and attending workshops as required

- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers

- Working together with other technicans/engineers as a team in projects

Requirements :

- Minimum higher NITEC/ITE qualification in Mechanical Engineering

- At least 2 years experience in servicing and repair of facilities equipment. Experience in vacuum pump, compressors and diaphragm pumps is a plus

- Have basic knowledge in electrical circuits, engineering and safety

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work with others in a team\

- Self motivated and resulted orientated
