Responsibilities
Technical Training and Support
- Provide technical trainings and workshops for end-users and partners on Network Cabling Solutions.
- Answer queries and provide technical support to colleagues and customers.
Product Specifications and Sales Support
- Prepare and review product specifications for customers, ensuring compliance with network requirements.
- Assist the Sales Team in promoting and specifying Network Cabling & DC solutions to customers.
- Assist the Sales Team with technical requests, such as product demonstrations, technical data sheets, and sample boards.
Customer Assistance and Demonstrations
- Assist customers with their requests, including product demonstrations, technical data sheets, sample boards, and on-site troubleshooting for cabling faults.
- Conduct presentations and briefings for customers at the Supplier's Experience Centre.
- Liaise with Supplier and customers for Supplier Certification Training and provide support during the training.
- Provide support for sample requests and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) with Supplier.
- Provide technical support and solutions to security system integrators (SIs) and consultants involved in low-voltage, ICT, and structured cabling projects.
- Engage with consultants during the design and specification phase to position the company’s solutions.
Competitive Analysis and Evaluation
- Compare and understand the features, benefits, and differentiation of Supplier's products compared to competitors' products.
- Evaluate vendors' products and make recommendations based on applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
